Initial movement analysis
Initial movement analysis is a comprehensive movement testing to create a customized training plan for each individual client.
The entire process is professionally supervised by an experienced trainer from our team, who, based on the initial interview, will find out all the necessary information and together with the client will set the goals of the training plan.
This is followed by a movement analysis, through which the trainer will expertly measure the ranges of motion of each joint, muscle shortening and test muscle strength. The results of the testing will be thoroughly explained to the client and an individual training plan will be made and adapted based on the values given.
The initial movement analysis includes:
- Interview with a personal trainer
- Movement analysis
- Evaluation of the results followed by recommendations
- Creation of an individual training plan
For a more detailed analysis, the trainer can also use a Vald Health instrumented movement diagnostic with one of the HumanTrak, ForceFrame or ForceDecks devices in agreement with the client. However, this is no longer included in the initial movement analysis price list.
Once a training plan has been drawn up, the personal trainer will individually attend to the client from the very first training session and together they progress towards the client's goals. To better monitor the client's progress, the movement analysis can be repeated periodically to continuously evaluate the client's set goals.
