Gravid yoga

Gravid yoga is for pregnant women or women after childbirth (after six weeks). The practice is adapted to the different trimesters and possibilities of expectant and new mothers. During the classes we work on improving physical and mental well-being, mainly through physical and breathing exercises, concentration techniques and relaxation.
