The current times, lifestyle, sedentary jobs, improper exercise in sports or improper exercise with weights, as well as bad movement habits from everyday life, cause more and more musculoskeletal problems, pain and eventually disease. Therefore, in order to prevent serious problems, we need movement "intelligence", by which we learn healthy movement principles and carry them over into everyday life. Yoga therapy acts mainly as prevention and teaches us to recognize imbalances at the body, breath or mind level.
Through conscious movement, in harmony with the breath and consciousness, we contribute to the restoration of the body's basic functions, the elimination of imbalances, and the promotion and understanding of moral and ethical principles towards ourselves and our surroundings.
In yoga therapy we will learn to work with the body, breath and mind. We will cultivate our own attention and sensitivity to ourselves so that we can become aware of which action, movement, change in breathing pattern or emotion is affecting us and how to re-establish balance in our body through our own efforts.
Yoga therapy will be a practice in which you will not imitate the instructor, but give each posture its own form and content and discover a new experience.
